Ass Man going against D2D agreement !!!

Our Assistant Manager has been going around the staff in our Office and telling the staff to carry on doing the D2D as before Posties have been leaving them until end of week, prep all in frame or leaving them in van !!!!
What can we do about it ? He never reads any RM procedures, he just guesses everything throughout the day.....SHOCKING !!!!!

get your work mates together an go above the rep remember divide and conquer thats how royal mail works....sounds like you will be a better rep than the one you have...too many reps do the job to get then selves an easy duty and fu*k every one else over .....remember you are the union...i urge to to speak to other members and if so oust the weak rep...after agreeing to a crap deal for delivery postmen we now need our union more than ever...

the only positive of this D2D fiasco from a personnel point is that the guy covering my duty will have to do a 1/6 of my D2Ds (or live mail) the same guy that called us" fu**ing militant bas**rds" for going on strike and guess which day he's doing them this week ? SATURDAY haha
