Did everybody prep & deliver d2d in own time before June 7th

Did no-one ever come in on their start time & prep & deliver their d2d in their duty hours over week before this week.

After Reading the majority of posts(moans) about people not being given extra time in workload to prep & deliver d2d as per agreement I can only presume the majority must have took d2d home to prep or come in early to do it unpaid,then went over on their delivery and never claimed.

Surely not everybody or majority got 4 d2d this week so what is the problem for those who only got upto 3 d2d,except maybe for floaters who got away with (or had agreement with duty holder) not doing d2d you are now doing less d2d work

Doing 6 d2d is going to be challenging and cause genuine problems for us,so let's not cry wolf too much now.

Yes some people will of had real difficulties this week.

I guess I may get some critism & abuse now.

I have always prepped d2d in work time,My own time is my time not Royal mail's.
I had 4 lots to prep yesterday,Took me 28 mins exactly to do my 1/6 as im supposed to, 98 drops.
So thats 13 mins over i think,Supposed to be 15 mins? I will do it every day and if im going to go over my delivery im bringing mail back.
My float has done his 98 drops today,I am in weds and thurs,If the final 196 are not delivered then tough crap.

Allways prepped in 1 lot everyday in worktime,and will continue to do so.4 lots this week for 1st time ever but 227 calls is not so bad:)For me it was allways extra money for nothing anyway,but i can see why 500+ ppl see it as a paycut.

Got to work monday morning 5 minutes early and one guy had every d2d thrown out in his fitting (3 contract) and just starting on his coded

I always prepped mine during my duty time. Not this week though, management had all mine thrown in for me by Tuesday morning. I've just carried on as normal. If they're not going to follow their own rules....
For me, it was never the delivery side that caused problems, it was the prepping of them. Used to take me 45 minutes to prep 3 lots, so if RM want to give me an extra 45 minutes prep time a week it means less hassle for me. Of course, the poor sod that has to prep them, his own and probably someone elses will be sick of looking at them.

Yes i did used to PREP D2D in my own time, my reason for this (as i'm 100% against unpaid overtime) was our area rep has always told us and shown us the agreement that the previous payment was for the prep of them only (not delivery) so i got the van to drop them off and did them at home taking each day on my cycle a percentage of them for that days delivery...... If ever my D2D'stook me over my time delivering then against managment wishes and instructions, i booked it quoting my rep.....Now everything is done in my duty time as obviously the agreement has changed.....

Things are really unfair for delivery part timers. Am owed an hours overtime.

Why is cutting off hard or why am i working over my time? I don't really know the cutting off procedure but will find out.
