Another D2D topic
Was just wondering, if D2Ds are now live mail, how do I go on if somebody gives me them back, as they have done loads of times and to every postie that's done them I'll bet. Do I have to write the address on them, take them back and tick the refused box on the sticker.

Better still - how does it work if you can't gain access to flats one day and you are off the next? Do you endorse them??

That'll be keepsafes.
And they go in with the rest of the mail and delivered when the keepsafe expires, pretty much what should have been done anyway.
