Its what it says it is, the first revision (A revision that does not bring in Walk sequened mail) that is implemented pays up £200

Walks sequenced mail revision pays up £800

All pro rata sadly, as the money is replacement of the third allocation of shares it folows the same payment criteria for FT/PT

My D.O is having a revison this year which will do DTD into workload and plan duties on the new planning values of which the main one is no fixed delivery span. That will deliver the £200 (pro rata) and we have walk sequenced mail revision in 2012 to deliver the £800 (pro rata)
