one of the staff in my office has taken it upon themself to alter the agreed area's we deliver on their route under our local lapsing agreement ,it appears they have "favoured" the little clique they hang with and have altered the extra deliveries to fit
now we picked the extra bits at random originally ,after there alterations should we once again pick or leave it as is??? also what gives then the right to alter it in the first place????
feely obviously resentnful at the behaviour here!!!!
