Are we getting them this year or have they scrapped it?

Seeing as will be getting a paycut next week when the d2d payments stop it would come in very handy.

What 50/50 scheme? My office has never had it because we're always over budget

That stopped over a year ago. Now only the RM see the benefits from our hard labour.

IIRC that was not 50/50 that was a payout of colleague shares. I think it was nearly 2 years ago that 50/50 was paid.
