Very confused with this whole issue,I know that the new Control Change Document (interim aggrement 2) has NOT
been released yet but can anyone answer these Qs
If on the 7/6/10 D2D are to go into workload & the supplement kicks in, this would then activate
a pay rise for P/Timers?
If this is the case then surely F/Timers should go strait onto a 39hr week?
As we have A Full revision pending (wsm) would we get £800 on implementing this revision? ie: £200 + £600

It would, but it won't. The pay rise for part timers is to keep our wages pro rata with full time, as is the law. It is not linked to the delivery supplement, I asked Dingo and others at least 3 times why they were inferring that it was, but they declined to answer.
The pay rise for part time staff will simply keep their hourly rate the same as full time staff, therefore it will not start until the full time staff get the hour off the working week.
Hopefully Dingo will explain how it will happen before 2013.
I thought the 39hr week was linked to the introduction of WSM in a DO - the savings from WSM "financing" the 1hr reduction in the working week.
If you are having a WSM revision then surely you are entitled to the £800 that goes with it.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Yes you will,we have one "pending" as well but what pending really means is another thing.
Best guess is around Sep/Oct at the moment.
There should be no confusion the door to door guidelines have been sent to divisonal reps in a zip file and talks will take place tuesday and will be sent out to reps.
The 39 hour week brings in the pay rise for part timers and that comes in when you have your walk sequencing revison.
Lots of activity needs to take place next week. Should be an intresting week.
Dr to Dr guidlines have been left far to late to be dispatched to reps ......ridiculous!!! what happens when we disagree and here's how.......i see managers wanting us to absorb dr to dr into workload can hear them now mail volumes drop in the summer!!!!!

So how can the New supplement be paid pro=rata?
To all those who either didn't bother voting or voted yes - it is not for delivering D2Ds, it is just a supplement based on contracted hours (which will probably go at the next agreement) - next time read the deal before you vote yes!!!!!!!

You should know better than that DGP,everybody voted and everybody voted NO....at least that's what they will tell you.
Oh.....and everybody read the agreement as well.

Simple before WS its paid on a 40 hour basis
After its paid on a 39 Hour basis.
All part of the 2.5% pay rise that PT get when FT got to 39 hour week.
TBH I thought that was one of the clearest parts of the deal so I am at a loss to understand that members are still asking questions on it. Mind you perhaps not everyone decided to read through the whole document we posted on RMC, and it certainly did not help that the CWU did not release a hard copy version at any point. However, RM could have OK'd printing off copies locally for those interested this would have been a cheap way of doing it. I suppose the blame for lack of information/understanding can be aimed at just about anyone.

whats your point DGP
His point is, I think pretty clear.
People are confusing D2Ds and Delivery Supplement believing that one is replacing the other. It is not.
IN CAPS TO ATTRACT ATTENTION
WE ARE NO LONGER BEING PAID FOR D2DS - THEY WILL BE INCLUDED IN TRAFFIC FIGURES.
THERE IS A NEW SUPPLEMENT CALLED A DELIVERY SUPPLEMENT - THIS IS BASED ON HOURS WORKED NOT ON THE AMOUNT DELIVERED.
Do I agree with it - NO but as DGP says if you vote to accept an agreement then you should at least understand the consequence's, and if you did not vote or bother to read the proposal he was, albeit pointedly, explaining it.
It appears from a comment I deleted you took is personally, I don't think DGP aimed the comment at you directly, he just used your post to highlight his point.
(Ps the deleted post failed under the "Everyone is welcome as long as they follow the rules" section.)

A classic case of some picking bits out of the agreement,or,listening to the last persons opinion. The document itself is VERY complex,(hence the long talks). Some looked at the un-capped D2D and longer Saturdays and said,"Did it take 5 months to come up with that?"
The un-capped D2D should in theory stop your lapsing. However it will make you work your time.Treat it like first class mail.
Could the communication aspect of the deal been better? Yes is the answer. However it is important to note that not many members were interested in the complexities of the document. You could tell when you had the meetings and their eyes started to glaze over! The only question I got from it was "What about absorptions?".Regardless of some of us on this forum,we are only a fraction of the workforce.Very frustrating though I must admit!!

I assumed lapsing would stop on 7th June, but was told, why would it? We will have 6 days to deliver three door to doors, instead of 5, so it will be easier. OK i said, when will it stop, when we get 4 lots of door to doors? Five? Just wait and see I was told, The work tool (?) will fill your hours with work, and if there's time to spare, for instance during a seasonal lull, we'll do lapsing.
