RRIS supplement

Every week I get a small amount on my payslip with RRIS Supplement next to it. Does anyone know what RRIS stands for. I rang up payroll and they didn't know either!

Thanks fish tank, yes I think that's what it relates to, so a guess at the acronym Recruitment and Retention Incentive Supplement?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Spot on fishtank - The full title IIRC is Recruitment and Retention Incentive Scheme

Would you receive this if you was to transfer into an office that receive this from an office that didn't receive it?
