The LM's have been interviewing people this week for 0(zero) hour contracts, people must be f***ing desperate! I'm sure I'd want a phone call at 6am telling you to get your arse in within the next hour

I know they mentioned it in their National Ballot brief From Aug 2009 - but was it covered in the 2010 agreement

I have no problem with people being made up, but recent royal mail policy is really crap.
The revision may not work, too many components, on breaks, the system falls.

they wont stay ,we have just had 4 long term part timers (all A year or more service) hand in there notice , they wont be alone as a lot just waited to see what would happen and have had there hours cut and conditions worsen ,last week as soon as the agreement was push through

as an aside ,this week we were all told that if you work your day off you would only get 5 hours for it , guess what?? most handed there s back saying it was not worth doing so the next day it was back to 7 hours ,don't these managers have any idea what they are doing as it just makes them look like idiots

the same will happen when they try to introduce the summer lapsing , without alowing any extra time to do it as we are up to the limit allready , i imagine that this is happening every were else as well

so any other examples of management brilliant idears anyone ???

Think you will find your DOM is being told to do these things, our SOM now gets his DOM's to send in their 552'S & VPAYS
EVERY WEEK TO CHECK WHAT O/T HAS BEEN PAID

dunno how people are gonna work their day off when all the revisions are done & dusted,it looks like we'll be crawling back home,rest day will be renamed,absolutely friggin knackered day
