I really can't see how your office can lapse, my office (after it's messed up Pegasus revision last year) just can't do it unless it's a really light Tuesday but we still have the early starters/runners/managements pets asking for it

the amount of lapsing is irrelevant, the question is do you have enough time to do it or can you do it but dont want to.
the phrase "utilise all paid work hours" is the guiding factor.

and said other offices near is ,only slightly bigger, lapse 6 rounds all year round, and the rep said its a cracking deal as we get off lightly.

What another office lapses is irrelevant without knowing the number of full-timers they have in their office.
More full-timers = more indoor hours = more opportunities for lapsing.

Our Dom won't take on lapsing, reckons it's to hard to manage
So in his wisdom, he has decided to cut down on the overtime payments.

Spoke to my REP today who said the DOM has noted several members coming back 2 hrs before theyre finish time , having lapsed etc All early starters he says

Oh, the REP himself comes in an hour early , uses his car, rushes round, and gets back at 11:30 too

Wait until delivery methods is implemented then cars on delivery will be Banned and he won't be done for 11:30
