Part of the Pay and Modernisation agreement of 2007 turned Early Shift Allowances into 2007 Pay Protection .stupidboy wrote:can someone please explain what this is and why some people receive it and some don't. thankyou
The qualifying rules for receiving it are at 3.1.3 of the agreement and quoted below:
Early shift allowances in delivery retained as grandfather rights (for
those in receipt since April 2007), including those in receipt of
equivalent MTSF payments for changes made since May 2005.
