NO MORE OVERTIME FOR ME THANKYOU.

I have worked for RM a few years now and have recently noticed how the managers seem to ask the same people to do overtime ,almost as if they are relying on them to do it before they have even got out of bed in a morning.Now when these new changes eventually come in and we are working later,those who previously said yes to the O/T will be saying no due to more important commitments.
That being said ,how the heck are RM going to survive without such reliant O/T???

I do a lot of overtime. Need the money as only p/t. Wont be doing anymore with the later finishes. Not stopping out til 6 or later especially in the winter. Guess the managers are going to have to start taking it out. How my heart bleeds!!!

the part timers get most of the o/t in our office,
budget restraint is the in word from our DOM................they get paid at normal rate till the get to 40 hours

If I am in the mood and they are in the doo doo I will negotiate lucrative overtime on my terms take it or leave it. As those who have asked me are terrified they will have to do some hard graft themselves, the answer is invariably yes. Normally team up with a good bloke I trust and get the job done. Not sure this will happen again when the new so called agreement is implemented. Basically if I am not interested. nobody else will be. Doms and line managers out on delivery late into saturday evening. Hope they have a recorded for me. Although the new implementations are not their fault it will be a little payback for the bullying culture they enact on most. Not me I hasten to add.
