cultures in every office and improve long-term industrial relations to bring stability. Again, this project will be supported by
independent experts and will allow us to address the bullying culture that exists within the company.

Said it once I'll say it again the only thing that could possibly remove the Bullying and intimidation culture from Royal Mail management,is to remove their ability earn ludicrouse bonuses on the backs of our endevours,by removing the culture of paying monies that always seem to come from some mystical different budget than the one we all seem to face,and actually getting people who can actually manage and not just todie up to their area Managers shpyncter muscles.Hope I've spelt it right!

The only thjing that will remove bullying is the removal of managers.

Let us run our own offices and watch performance improve 1000 fold.
