we've been on late starts/finishes for years same on saturdays (2:45) finishes no shift allowances so apart from the d2ds there aint gonna be much difference for us ust count yourselves lucky you've had early starts/finishes for so long!! :mfo

or the question shuld be put as to how many of the 60,000 are still in royal fails 'care' lets face it dave and brydon have a vested intrest and i'd belive that any devious way they could swing it their way would be used. hence.............. the result !!!

JCL, your manager should be doing a preference exercise to see what people want, if that means you start earlier, then he should try to honour that.

see your rep and try to come to some arrangement. The deal is in now, so get out of it whatever you can.
