Very dissappointed to learn that the DSM for our area not only wants our rep to sign to new savings plan by Fruday, but also to resign the summer lapsing agreement by friday (crystal ball anyone) and is preparing to hand out conducts like sweets over the next few days (because staff should not mess up).

How these people are going to be able to understand anything but a budget is baffling. They are too set in their ways for change. End of!!!!

Not sure bout your DSM but, we have been told that upon ratification of the agreement, no savings plan will be able to be rushed in,
No savings plan prior to workshop for rep, joint approach only, only looking at summer lapsing to offset the lack of agreed saving being in
in time. Not sure bout where you are but , DOM seems under no pressure about overspend yet, even he has been told that the important
thing is a joint approach. He says the deal is a 3 year deal & if it takes months before the revision is done then so be it. Maybe their is a
step change in the approach after all & they will stick to what they say

Got given area letter stating that saving plans and budgets were not to be on the agenda. Then asked the dom not to replace full time vacancys with part timers and was told "i dont care i will do what i want". So much for new relationship. Same old s**t just a different day.....................................................................................................
