Dingo and his mates have expressed the view that a high turnout is important for this ballot.

They have refused to answer my question on why non letters members are being balloted on proposed MtSF changes but not being balloted on the proposed 10% performance standard.

Why do they want a high turnout?

because the higher the turnout, the greater the validity of the answer. You should be encouraging everybody with a vote to use it regardless of whether it's yes or no
