That will depend on your start time.
One thing is for sure you will not be finishing before your time.

Thats fine, doesnt bother me working until 2, but 3 is just too much as I have kids and er indoors goes to work at 2,15 meaning during the school holidays I'm screwed, but when asking the gaffer he just does not know.

How can I possibly vote yes if I dont know what I'm voting for?

There are a lot of us in the same boat.
To be honest if my finishing time moves to 3pm and there is no flexibility with regards to family freindly i will probably have to leave.

Where does everybody get the 3 o'clock FINISH time? The agreement states LAST LETTER time will be 3 o'clock, what's to stop any DOM from introducing duties that require last letter 3 o'clock, back to the office and work 'till 4 o'clock?

What happens when we have duties now in our office, where when busy you work till 4pm if you do it all as we are. never mind the changes.
God forbid, they are going to shorten the walks

I have to ask why has your office allowed this to happen ? The 30 mins flex in the pay and mod agreement is for exceptional circumstances and is vouluntaryn and only once per week.

Some people on here want to lead a revoulution but maybe they want to sort their own office first. That may seem blunt but Royal Mail will push and push until you fight back and I dont mean on this board I mean as a collective in the unit.

I am not aware of this particular unit but i find it hard to believe no-one at branch level knows of these circumstances.
These stories pop up on this forum far to often to be isolated incidents.
It is all to easy for ADRs and Branch and Division to turn a blind eye to this nonsense.
We are ALL responsible for the mess some units find themselves in.
