Just wondering if anyone can enlighten me for a fellow workmate.He was in the buisness for 8 years then left for a period of time now he's back working for rm.There is now duties up for resign thats he's interested in, his ouestion is dose his previous service get taken into account in his overall seniority.Cheers for any info.

He's lucky! Duties for signing? 5 people have left/retired in my DO over the last year and their duties are all part time now.

He's lucky! Duties for signing? 5 people have left/retired in my DO over the last year and their duties are all part time now.

All ours are to be absorbed when the 4 who are going to retire this year go.Not even a whiff of a part-timer getting the duty(s)

Yeah its bollocks ive been there nearly 4 years, and am on different duty every week?, is this fair?, would love own duty knowing what day I was off and get the occasional saturday of to would be nice
