paid hospital visits

is there any limit on the amount of paid days for hospital visits in say a twelve month period the hospital i attend is not local and most appointments mean a day off dim keeps trying to get me to take annual leave i will not but soon i have three hospital appointments within two weeks all three will require a full day off :wave thanks
