Why are we not waiting for new Chief Exec?

Why are the CWU trying to sell a deal that implements the 5 year plan of a management team that has lost the confidence of the Government?

Crozier's successor might think this plan is shite and want to make a new one. The timing of this agreement makes no sense.

We should at least give our new Chief Executive a proper chance to settle in and come up with his/her own plan.
