We had our work time learning this morning where top managers tried to feed us with a load of crap. D2D, You Might only get one lot a week they say. You get paid for them weather your on holiday or on the sick, but working Saturday till 3pm is going to a thing of the future including Saturdays.
Is there going to be managers still around at 3pm Saturdays. They want us to start at 7am till 3pm. Watch if the vote goes to a NO. they will come back with Wednesday, Thursday Friday and Saturday start at 6.30 am and that will give you a 1pm Saturday finish. all the numpties will buy that then.
The part timers has been stitched up good style.
Why should delivery staff deliver 6 D2D for £20+ and phgs and van drivers get the £20+ for doing none of it.
Vote No. We are not getting out till 11am Today. We have to beg to get our walks prepped, shouting every minute on the IPS please, proper Migraine material, what will it be like if we agree…

Erm, the agreement on your hours will be at a local level and there is a possibility ,as in our office,that the manager will get excited about four day weeks with ten hour days saving him money with the deletion of S.A.s.
Soooo you could be working until 6pm though how this fits in with the statement that most duties will not start later than 07.00 is not explained,also with last letter at 16.00 a for rurals and 1500 for towns and the callers office shutting at 17.00 on Saturdays the prospect of lonnnnng days are very much in sight.
