The Cwu meeting went on longer then usual in front of the cwu area rep when one of the posties said to don he is now going to be going out he is going to cut off the dom says the meeting is in your own time, to which the area cwu rep said it is not.


So even now dim doms are still trying it on and we are lead to belive they are going to change oh dear

I think everone should open there eyes even with Acas on board when it comes to the local office you are fighting the battle yourself so it should be a massive NO vote they ain't gonna change

Is it possible to enter a new are of trust and put the past behind us and stop being so adversarial when its the same old same old from RM.
IMHO, music4essex your post pretty much says all we can expect from RM
We can all expect RM's version of the agreement unless we're furtunate enough to have an area rep or above on site, although once this has gone through you could bring down a PEC member for all the good it would do. When their version of a leaner swifter more responsive fit for purpose IR framework is introduced you could take in Condoleza Rice to negotiate for you and it would make no difference.

Whilst elements of the agreement are still to be decided to accept this is like signing a blank cheque.
Something if memory serves was accepted in 07.
i cant accept that again.

No, how absurd! If you cancel your union subs you can't vote the agreement down so you get saddled with it anyway. Stay in the union and vote no. It's the only rational way.
