lapsing and flexibility in 2010 and beyond

Back to a no for me, today was told that lapsing and flexibility are still part of this deal, due to it building on the 2007 pay and mod deal. How the f is the culture of RM going to change when this sort of grey area still exists. BTW this came from a management source who was briefed at national briefing.

The proposals are the outcome of phase 4 of 2007, if anyone really thinks absorbing and lapsing would go, should have gone to specsavers.

Absorbing and lapsing have been 100% safe from the word go!!!! The issue is being able to do the extra work within your duty/delivery time.

That is exactly what happens when you tie in elements from one agreement into another which they were never designed for.
How will the half hour flexibility clause work with a last letter time of 1500/1600 and an unlimited delivery span.

If this is the case it's a double wammy for all of us,not only we will have the extra call rates due to uncapped d2d's, but summer savings and absorbtion thrown in on top,also we will no doub't have office savings to achieve what 6-10%..= Acountancy of lunitics
