Long time jobs protected?

Having read the agreement and looked at all the vagueness and complicted and misleading words such as a deliver enabler I fail to see how this agreement can or will protect long term jobs wether F/T OR P/T.

Many People will be taking a pay cut on top of a pay freeze last year,a big reduction in O/T yet bills are going through roof ,so the financial preassure upon families will be huge.

Saturdays normal working day,a big impact upon social life ,some vague promise about 1 in 4 saturdays off no details.

Substantial increase in work load withh d2d even pulling a trolley going to every house every day on deliveries with unlimited time spans is going to have serious health issues for many.

Having to be on par with the top 10 per cent in the company the guys who run around etc.

How are any on of the above going to protect long term jobs.
so many people will be unable to meet the strict new stasndards physicaly they will leave one way or another.

Some deal,But the senior CWU people know whats good for us even when we think its not.
How many of them will do unlimited d2d ,including Sats ,unlimited delivery spans,and keep up with the top 10 percent in the country,the physical and mental stress will be a killer.
Well done CWU for knowing what is best for us.!
