'Employees who wish to retain their current contracted hours WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO DO SO, however all employees will need to recognise that in order to provide innovative attendance patterns and duty structures they will need to embrace change which may mean an alteration to attendance times'

So to sum up - you can stay at your current finishing time, except you cant.

attended wtl where the dom tried to tell us how great a deal it is (yes for royal mail).7 til 3 was mentioned also but not until we get our mail sequenced ,which would start summer 2011.which means even if there is a yes vote we would not receive these bribes sorry lump sums for 16months

So to sum up - you can stay at your current finishing time, except you cant.

That reffers to how many hours a week you are contracted to work.....nothing else.
