Just wondered wot time managment let you leave your office were allowed to go at 9.30

Mostl days, our illustrious leaders stand at the end of the loading bay, to prevent MOST of us leaving earlier than we should--but, surprise, surprise, there are always a few blue eyed ones that always get to leave quickly!

Quite funny, I see some part timers leave the office before I start in the morning. Baring in mind that I go in early and sit and have a coffee. Usually arrive around 9ish and they are all out the office by time I get there.

Its a race for the door as soon as the missorts are done, as long as every duty has all mail (not packets) thrown in.

Couple of fellas in my office are pacing around their empty fittings (all ready bagged up) at half 8 waiting for the missort van. Its a race out of the door as soon as it arrives

Missorts in at about 8.45 am then out if your ready.
Some local walks used to get out and do a bit before the missorts but thats not happened recently since we absorb every day.

It's the opposite with me. When I get in (PT) full timers are ready to leave, or not long after, including those that take my bags and packets.

Leave when we're ready. Little rural office I'm currently working at, never seen a missort run in any of the offices I've worked at so never had to wait for them.

As soon as we are ready we can go and f#ck the mis-sorts, that's because the DOM knows that keeping us back = cut offs

Go as soon as your ready but these days its often not before the missorts turn up (9.30) other than that come back for missorts or don't bother and get your driver to bring them out to you...as long as there done it doesn't matter!

As soon as we're ready we're out the door but then we are mostly rurals so our deliveries are around the 5 hour mark so if the held us back they have to deal with many many cut offs
