For the first time since the pressure, some walks in our office don't have any D2D's this week. I only have 2.
I believe that in the run up to the vote, we will see a reduction in the number of D2D items.
This will allow the CWU and Royal Mail to work thier magic on the agreement, tell us its the best deal because of a decline in D2D items, tell us you won't get any more than "4 a week, just look at the last couple of months"
try and get a yes vote then..............Bam after the vote your hit with 8, 9, 10 or even more. They won't be in any sort of wonder sleeve that open when you pop in through the letterbox. And have a saturday specific D2D every week.

given the fact that many delivery offices are logging details of each duty each day, call rates, packets, mail volumes etc... its a bit of a coincidence we have very few D2D don't you think.

More work means you need more rersources in your DO.
If they don't get delivered RM loses the contracts and we are left with a £20 supplement and no D2D.

But whoever said the average d2d is 2.1 wasnt looking at our office, hence £25 d2d per week being lost isnt going down to well up here !
