Unaddressed junk mail, the bane of 99.9% of the British population, is pure unadulterated shyte. And as such, no organisation of the size, history, and has the the sort of affection held for it by the public it should be serving, should touch it with a ten foot barge pole.
What berks like Crozier, Higson, and Tolhurst have to realise is, no company on earth has a divine right to increase it's profits year in, year on, more years are good, some years are bad. It's peaks and troughs, swings and roundabouts, and until the clowns unjustly occupying seats in the RM boardroom get to grips with the reality of life, they will push, and push, and push us, until one day they become responsible for somebody having a heart attack due to the very physically punishing schedules/targets being forced on the front-line staff.
