Just to let people on here know, I went through my ET last month and lost my claim of constructive dismissal because I had another job to go to when I left RM.

The tribunal said that there was no doubt I had been through a bad time. They also found in my favour with regards to PIDA, the Public Interest Disclosure Act. I reported a driver at work for smoking pot on duty and he did me for B&H. Yes, I know, you couldn't make it up . His OH is a RM manager, so it went through.

So now I'm going to put the last 4 years behind me. Fortunately I'm very happy where I'm working now & I'm working with a great bunch of guys. But it does sometimes still grate that the bullies who made my life a misery still have jobs & will undoubtably do the same to someone else in the future.

Good luck to all you guys out there, I'll still check in on this forum & I'm still behind you all the way. RM are a bunch of sh1tes & I'm glad I'm out of it.

PS. I meant to say, I got a couple of the managers squirming in the witness box....that was fun

Smoking Pot when driving is just as dangerous as drink driving - he knew the consequences and risks of doing it when he did the evil weed. Yes I would report anyone I know for Drink or Drugged Driving, why, because innocent lives are more important than the guilty keeping their jobs. Yes I knew someone who was killed by a drink driver.

Too true True Blue--I remember being taken out by one such, and he was flying along at eighty miles an hour in a forty mile zone.

This guy had a dozen accidents in 4 years, fortunately nobody was hurt. He should have been taken off driving.

Coxie - I didn't do it to get him into trouble. If you took the time to understand the rules & regs you would know that he wouldn't be punished, but helped to get over his addiction. Unfortunately RM chose to turn a blind eye & still are doing from what I've heard.

I'd just had enough, greynut. I'd had 2 years of putting complaints & grievances in, I'd had a couple of malicious counter-complaints against me & I just knew it wasn't going to get any better. I'd had over 7 months off sick with stress, then I had that B&H complaint put in against me which was upheld. It was the final straw. It was easier for RM to see me as the problem instead of dealing with the bullies (who by the way had done the same to another woman before I joined the office, she was medically retired with stress.) I got another job & it's now 2 years since I left RM; I've never looked back.
