How about encouraging about 95% of customers on our walks to 'opt out' of D 2 D 's. That way we will still get our £20.60 a week, which sounds about fair to me.

Yes, but the time spent prepping and delivering those door to doors will have to filled by some other means, or else hours, or jobs, will have to be cut.
