i know a lot of you are saying that you are going to be losing your early shift allowance, but was we only guaranteed that from 3 years after we changed start times as per any allowance that you loose (only guaranteed for 3years then its gone).
Excuse my ignorance but if that is the case we are all due to loose it soon anyways so cant really use loosing that as a point of arguement......
Just a thought thats all, brought it up with the other reps this morning and we was all unsure on this fact, especially as all the old night boys that are now on deliveries are just about to get there old allowances taken off them as its been 3 years since almost all the nights were taken from our office.
