Thats not the way to look at it.

You shouldn't just accept worse conditions or pay, just because everyone else might be having problems, thats what TNT are trying to do in Holland and Germany, we don't have share holders who need their pound of flesh.

We should always be fighting for better pay and conditions, other wise we could all be but down to minimum wage, and anything else that we think the management would like to bring in.

If we have better conditions and pay, then other firms should do the same for their employee's, that's what compititions and capalism is all about/
