Anyone feel "shafted" by our wonderful Union

My major grievance is unlimited D2D's for £20.60 a week, unlimited (i get more for 3 a week now).

This, perhaps more than anything, has really pissed me off. How can this be allowed? This is discrimination...surely?

Anyone remember when part-timers were regarded as the fur coat and brolly brigade? People with other full-time jobs being greedy. Well, in our office the moment they got on the end of a Manager's tongue they wanted to join the Union and were the first out of the door during a dispute. Eventually they became a force to be reckoned with.

I suggest that those part-timers who will feel most upset by this agreement might take action of their own and formally dispute the normal pro-rata system. I'm bloody sure I would. If each of them slapped in a disagreement the moment they are adversely affected by pro-rata the system will clog up.
