Forget the money
No amount of lump sums,pay rises,hour reductions,etc is worth even talking about on this forum.Before this agreement came out nobody was talking in monetary terms as most people acknowledged on picket lines before xmas.The people were more concerned with bullying managers,intimidation,and unrealistic workloads that are budget driven and until RM explains in the agreement how there going to address these three issues all the money in the world will not make one little difference.I've no doubt all branches will be told to go out and sell the deal to the members this week with all the bribes on offer,when the money is gone remember the same culture will apply and all the fine words in this agreement which we've seen before will seem meaningless once again.Address the real problem.!!
