i dont think you will need protest when my pt duty cover sees he has same d2ds over 5 walks he covers
same amount as myself for less money. all monies pro rata .
cwu blew their biggest supporter out the water with this one.

El get yourself joined up to the Union ASAP mate its in YOUR BEST INTERESTS to do this - i'd say Monday coming would be best.. once a member speak to your AREA REP to deal with your problems, it'll be quickest & simplest way with dealing withyour issues... ( If you don't you'll be WORKING on our next Strike Day lol and i can see more Strikes looming.. )

You are worth just what a part timer is worth - a percentage of everything!!!.
95% of part timers don't get allowances for early starts so why should they get that part of the delivery supplement. 95% of part timers get their walks thrown out by full timers to allow them a "flyer " when they come in fresh from a good nights sleep. 95% of part timers can't sort - won't sort on IPS. If you don't like it el cartero, then do what 95 % of full timers did, and have the patience to wait until you become a full timer and work to support all the part timers who get exactly what they deserve - a part time payment for a part time job.

You want to start a rival Union for YOUR fellow PTs - reality check - -RM will not recognise it and will not deal with it. FULL STOP. PERIOD. So what do you expect to achieve from that ?

This is a forum, and there are a lot of people in my office asking what he is, new union, shall i come out etc and further more he is right about campaining for a no vote. Go fela, convince, bully and intimidate alls fair in love and war.

Or you can be a full-timer. Come in early, rush around without stopping for a break; get back to the office two hours early and ruin the job for everybody...

Why the hell should a part-timer, being paid to just prep and deliver a round, even contemplate doing unpaid IPS? It is Royal Mail you should be pointing fingers at in that regard, not part-time staff.

I`m sure the majority of part timers would like the opportunity to become fulltimers, but RM dont recruit FTs anymore.
So whilst I dont agree with el cartero not being a cwu member he is speaking on behalf of a great many part time workers.
