Looking for the best food to eat prior to going out on delivery to maintain energy and ensure that I don't feel too knackered when I get home...
generally eat breakfast at around 5 and then from 6 until end of round do not eat..... usually ok, but tired is creeping up...
ideas please for food suggestions

assuming your getting something from the canteen, then i'd say cheese on toast though what other posters have mentioned will provide energy too
