My other half is due in 4 weeks, what Paternity leave am I entitled to?
Im part time 25hrs if that makes a difference.

You get 2 weeks. It shouldnt matter what job you do, thats the standard rules. Hopefully you have told them before now that your wife is pregnant! I know there is a cut off where you have to tell them a certain amount of time before baby is due. Also you dont have to take it straight away - not sure on the exact rules though.

You are also entitled to unpaid parental leave if you've been with your employer for a year - 13 weeks (pro rata) up to the childs 5th birthday.I thinks it's four weeks max per year. You also have to give 21 days notice i believe. You can claim benefits during your parental leave to cover loss of earnings.

You can have upto 2 weeks off but..........................
one week is full pay and the 2nd week is half pay
