As the topic says "where will rm be in 5 years"
Prediction no rm will be run be tnt or someother big overseas company. Workforce will be mainly part-time and conditons will be pish poor. No union will exist and pension will be non-existent, in fact you'll have to put your pension in a new pension. This doesn't look rosy but its my prediction. Oh and D2D will increase with no extra payment.

Could be true though, Labour never gave a flying f**k about us and things will be even worse under the tories when they get in

Sorry guys, ok i'll do a cheery one now.
RM will have a full quota of full-time staff delivering 4.30 hours delivers plus 10 D2Ds daily to every delivery point. You'll get a £100 every month to do them. The pension pot will be filled by the government (this may happen) and no privatisation

Never mind 5 years in 5 months the Tories could of sold us off to the highest bidder. I reckon their strategy is to eventually have all deliveries made by self employed drivers, like parcelforce, because in 5 years who will still be sending letters?

The agreement that we are waiting on and the P&M one will still be in,don't forget the one we're waiting o is to run for 3 years,after the 3 years,i have a funny feeling that we will be in the s**t because the mail volumes would of or will rise.
