doing the job right !

just like to hear some views on this,here goes,last 2 years at our office like most places have been bad we had no rep so you can guess what was going on,then management picked on wrong person and we got ourselves a rep and hes like a pitbull,grievence here grievence there and let me tell you they do work,3 months ago d.o.m moved new temp dom in, nights back on friday nights, 60 grand over budget in those 3 months its great ,before last d.o.m was moved he had drawn up geo route revision its pants even new dom says so but he says he might have to attempt to bring these in depending on how these talks at top level go,now here is my question long winded i know, i told temp d.o.m that there are a small minority in our office, 185 in office by the way ,who will not do anymore walking or sorting or watch more jobs lost until every person in our office is 1. made to start on time.2. all use vans ie no cars on delivery 3.weigh bags and so on in other words do the job properly or the minority in the office would seek legal advice as to us its like defrauding the office of how many hours are really needed to run the office and us being make to do more work because of this. any view on this?

Well done it's about time a stop was put to those dickheads that continue to F#ck it up for the rest of us by continueing to cut corners to get home half an hour early. Part of this agreement should be everyone leaves the office together at the start of delivery and everyone leaves the office together at the end unless they are working o/t.
