So how do i stand? I have been out off work now since october due to being on the recieving end of a bullying dom.I am off with work related stress. I put in two bullying and harresment claims in september. In all this time i have had one meeting with an area manager, in which he tried to change the issues. I have had one phone call from my office to see if "i am ok and that they are there for me"this was two weeks after i was off. I have been in contact with ER but all they do is promise me a meeting but nothing has happened.I was trying to come back next week but i wont because nothing will have changed. so what do i do now?

You need to get your area rep onto this now, the B & H forms you have put in should of been dealt with within 28 days. It looks like RM are trying to sweep everything under the carpet hoping your'll go away
