First Year on the Job

I'm coming up to my first year anniversary at RM...

I know I got a pay raise at 6 months, is it just wishful thinking to think I get another one at a year?

Yes it's wishful thinking but it's also true. One at 6 months and another one at 12 months! :nana

Wage goes up to £347 and a few pence for 40 hours and if your part time it will be pro rata..
