WENT INTO WORK TODAY 12-12-09 AND JUST COULD NOT COPE WITH THE AMOUNT OF MAIL AND PARCELS.WE HAVE HAD A THIRD OF OUR WALKS TAKEN AWAY AND DELIVERED BY CASUALS. I WAS GIVEN PARCELS TO DELIVER AS WELL AS MY 2 THIRDS OF A WALK, SO BASICALLY I AM STILL DOING A FULL DUTY.I JUST CANNOT COPE AND TOLD THE LINE MANAGER THAT I AM TO STRESSED TO WORK AND WENT HOME.I AM DUE FOR EVR ON THE 16-01-2010. CAN THEY STOP MY MONEY AND EVR.

If you have already sent your acceptance to the vr people and rec'd a reply back, then you and RM are in a binding contract which is irrevocable ie neither you or rm can pull out. Shouldnt worry m8. :mfo :mfo

Have you had your letter with your offer for EVR and have you returned it to R/M if the answer is yes no they cant stop it.

The worse scenario is they may put you statutory sick pay. Our office got threatened with this last week. After a incident were someone walked out, stressed.
