318's and work time learning

Hello,
managed to get my hands on my 318!! just wondering should there be slot for WTL at present it tends to land in my meal break.... it normally only last 10 mins......... how long should a WTL session last. Is there a set length of time they should last????

TBH my 318 is a bit of a mess.... breaks when I can't possibly take them... on some days on my 318 it says I should have 3 breaks when I only work 3 hrs 50mins It says 2 10 mins breaks and one 15 min break!!!! bearing in mind I should only have 20mins..which is what I do take.

30 mins is normally what is put aside for WTLL sessions AND MAKE SURE THEY LAST THAT LONG. Management tend to use this time for their IPS or whatever they want and, in a big office all these half hours add up. Also, you then have less time to collapse duties.

WTL sessions should be built in to your 318 and should run at 30 minutes max depending on whats being discussed.
We do ours on a Tuesday as theres not much IPS about.
Get your local rep,yourself and your Dom to have a look at your 318 with regards to your Meal Breaks.

I shall get my manager to have a look... just wanted to know if WTL should be on there (as it isn't) before I approached them.

Can't understand how I have sooo many M/R's is such a short time.. but TBH I have only ever took 20mins as that's what I new I was entitled to....
one M/R is 10mins after I start work and another on the end of my duty!!!!

I've been to one in the past year and I don't believe anybody else in my office has been to many more.

Maybe we need to rename them 'The Abominable Meeting' because they're about as rare as the Yeti

Ours come in fits and starts........ every so often it's decided we need a manager for 3 mths so then we get wtl and then the manager goes and we are totally forgotten about

we work on collections in a hub..... so guess out of sight out of mind.....

Our lot make it up as we go along,they use work load above normal so cant fit it in or i dont feel like it so im gonna disappear,we should of had some DVD this week they came up with some excuse and said we would have to have a huddle i did'nt even notice the manager had done it so that worked i had just switched off
