Walking to work this morning I remembered that it was this time last year when I finally delivered the last of the British Gas lightbulbs, you remember them?
Got to my frame and there was a packet bag already sitting there, only half full mind you. Can anyone guess what was in it?

Yes, they're back, this time they have a great bloody TNT stamped on them! God, I hope it's a one off!

Yep we got some today, what a time of year to bulk post them.

All i got from customers on the round was "not more bloody light bulbs"

I doorstepped all the bulbs yesterday. I have noticed a lot more DSA packets coming through (apart from Amazon which are RM) what the payment rates to RM for DSA packets?

It means who gives a crap what the payment is as long as we we get are wages at the end of the week. TNT can pay what ever they like I don't care, too the point who cares.

I give a crap, cos if RM are getting £1 for a packet that costs £1.25 to deliver, that TNT charged their customer £2.50 for, that's another way RM can say "You can't have a pay rise, we got no money, no, you can't put more hours into your office, we got no money & no, you can't offer FT or even permanant contracts to temporary PTs to even out the workload and make it fairer - so piss off!"

And since I got a permanant contract, I've been stuck on PT hrs....which means I can work all the over time that is offered....but I get jack sh*t extra until I hit 40hrs - why am I still PT & why are most of the PTs in my unit kept on temporary PT contracts? See above......this job and our employers don't leave a lot of opportunity for people to come in, do a days work, collect their pay and be respected by management.
