For anyone who might be interested, here is a link I found to Solidarity Federation http://www.solfed.org.uk/docs/strategy/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; describing the way to undercut the CWU and get back to honest grassroots representation and action. They also produce a free bulletin called 'Catalyst' reporting on fightbacks in both unionised and non-unionised workplaces, plus info on aspects of workers rights. Some might dismiss this approach out of hand, but perhaps its time to consider other methods of organising given the way things have gone lately?

I have to agree it looks like quite a pragmatic site, not too in your face, has a political message but it does not ruin the overall usefulness and advice it gives.
