van share & sickness.

im currently on the van share system.
if the other person is ill / has a cold etc... do you think i could refuse to do the round with the person and just take my walk. ?

Are you afraid of swine flu ? Just by being in the same office as someone with a cold means your most likley to get it anyway

As a non driver who isn't interested in driving it means that the whole thing falls on it's a**e when the driver goes sick. And yes there are quite a few people who can't drive through 1 reason or another. Me thinks you have opened a can of worms

Don't do that, you'll just get to go down the conduct code and probably sacked BUT certain medications can mean that you're unable to drive ask your doctor for further advice
