Where there are actual or potential disciplinary cases arising the intention and expectation is that these will be resolved quickly and informally wherever possible.

Is there any sign that R.M. are adhering to this part of the agreement. in any part of the buisness. IF NOT WHY NOT.

The answer is in the words. Intention and Expecting. When did Royal Mail ever do anything intentionally to help end this dispute, and expectation, I think we can go on expecting until the cows come home. We have to EXPECT and DEMAND much more concerete agreements than what the cwu is negotiating at the present time.

a frankly ridiculous section...one amongst many in the widely trumpeted new beginning known as the "interim agreement"...what it means to me is that the CWU can sit on their hands and not support reps when they run into trouble and want to exercise their employment rights....pathetic...

you have got to hand it to Royal Mail....Xmas very much came early and the CWU goose is getting fat and ready for slaughter...ho! hum!

royal mail have f****d up big time underestimating what a shrewd move the cwu made by giving royal mail 4 weeks to hang themselves.

when the strikes are on again it can only be because royal mail were bullshitting not because of the cwu.
