Sundays at Xmas

Just heard at my work there that on delivery there will be no O/T on Sundays sorting and preping mail for the mon through out the country. Mondays will be a nightmare!!! Its just cut cut cut!! :cfo

already been told that at our offices, there will be no sundays!!!!!!!! should mean the three heaving mondays that you used to get wont be there this year cause the trays will all be unsorted

plus we usually have a Forward Sorting Operation in our office in December....apparently this has been vetoed as well

Just had a worrying thought - what if the plan is to have people in the office working as sorters ( nothing unusual during xmas pressure ), but have them on a 5 out of 7 rotation! Is there any agreement that can stop RM from doing that? Assuming RM continue sticking to agreements until Janusary
