Support from our customers

Post by SeriousSam »

as a blue shirt working for RM i find it hard to understand why our customers to whom we deliver so much mail and items for dont do more to support us in our times of need. It seems arrogant that all they care about is when they get there post and not who is carrying it or about the welfare for the person carrying it. having talked with some customers who happen to be my family ive decided that the customers should be helping us achieve our goals from the strikes not hidering them.

thanks for your time.

your talking rubbish, in Dundee nearly everyone who speaks to me or my colleagues, back us to the hilt. most people arent stupid, they can see the "hidden agenda" of RM, the government and newspapers like the sun. rupert murdoch who owns the sun also owns TNT , so he would love us to be privitised

yes but people are not going to tell you they dont like your job to your face, people arnt like that. What im saying is if we had more support from our customers and the public we could have held out longer than to now. what has happened with the strikes makes us look like we dont fit our shoes. now nobody will take us seriously because we just give in and stop striking just so our reps can get good praise from the government for ending the strikes just before xmas. weve been sold out again like the latest greenday song
