Down here in the smoke, I'm not sure whether it's the Fireworks I can hear or it's backslapping and champagne corks popping at Royal Mail Headquarters.

Its hard to believe mate, although a mate said today that he was phoned someone on the pec and he said it was a good deal for the union-suppose only time will tell
